This is a customized RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle), which can be divided into two layers. The bottom layer is powered by a low-voltage railway. The workbench surface is equipped with racks  to ensure that the height of the platform as same as the rails placing work pieces, which can guarantee the precise docking between them. The workbench surface as a whole can be divided into two parts, and there are two sets of mobile trolleys. Both of them are powered by mobile cables. At the same time, in order to ensure usability and tidiness, fixed clamping grooves and drag chains are installed beside the trolleys to protect the cables from abrasion. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the convenience of operation, this RGV is equipped with two operation modes: a PLC programming system and remote control. It can not only send forward and backward commands but also control the operation of the upper and lower layers respectively, as well as realize the traction function by twisting the raised iron sheets on the upper layer.
