This is a customized rail transfer cart, powered by electricity and equipped with a dual-wheel system. One of the wheels can be lifted and lowered through hydraulic lifting, and the transfer cart can be operated via a PLC system and a control handle. The operation is simple and the cart runs flexibly.

The PLC system, with features of automatic programming and self-diagnosis, can monitor the running situation of the cart and remind the staff to repair it in time.

The overall shape of this handling cart is square. The size of the workbench is approximately 60006000800 mm. It has a large load-bearing capacity and can cooperate with handling tools such as brackets and cranes for the loading and unloading of goods, reducing the labor consumption of the staff.

The rail transfer cart is mainly applied in production workshops, especially in spray painting workshops. To protect the cart and prevent the paint spraying from damaging the products, a protective cover is installed on it. This cover can simply shield the products while leaving the space close to the ground open, enabling the staff to observe the running status of the transfer cart and adjust the instructions in a timely manner.
