This innovative equipment is meticulously crafted to address the material handling challenges in production workshops. It has no limit on applicable distance and is powered by a storage battery, thus getting rid of the bondage of cables. The transfer cart uses cast steel as the basic raw material.​

There is an automatic flipping ladder connecting the cart with the vacuum furnace, which can reduce the direct contact between the transfer cart and the high-temperature environment. The transfer cart features a unique double-layer design. ​

The lower layer consists of a transfer cart powered by a maintenance-free storage battery, and its tabletop is carefully equipped with a rack track, providing a stable operating foundation for the upper transfer cart. The hydraulic-powered automatic flipping frame equipped at the rear of the vehicle can easily and accurately dock with equipment such as vacuum furnaces to achieve efficient loading and unloading of materials. ​

The upper layer is a transfer cart powered by a mobile cable. The cable is equipped with a drag chain and a fixed track, which can effectively reduce the friction of the cable during movement, extend the service life of the cable, and ensure the stable operation of the upper cart.
