This trackless transfer cart, powered by maintenance-free batteries, breaks through the limitations of traditional rails. Equipped with 360-degree rotatable polyurethane wheels, it enables omnidirectional and flexible movement. Specifically designed for heavy-load, high-temperature, and explosion-proof scenarios, it integrates an intelligent safety system and a hydraulic lifting platform, suitable for modern workshops and material handling in factory areas.​

The cart uses polyurethane wheels, which are wear-resistant, anti-slip, and can rotate 360 degrees to meet the operation requirements in narrow passages. Without the need to lay rails and with no distance limit, it can adapt to complex routes and reduce deployment costs.​

To ensure safe use, the cart is equipped with a laser-activated automatic stop device when encountering people and safety edges, which can stop automatically when meeting people or obstacles to prevent collisions.
