Vertical and Horizontal Movement Lifting Rail Transfer Cart

This is a rail transfer cart powered by a maintenance-free battery, primarily used for frame transfer tasks in painting lines. To facilitate handling, the cart is equipped with vertical and horizontal movement wheel system, as well as a hydraulic lifting platform. Additionally, the lifting platform has been customised, with its dimensions matching the size of the frames to enable automatic loading and unloading.

To ensure operational safety, the transfer cart is also fitted with a series of safety devices. Among them, a laser dead man stop system monitors an arc-shaped area of 3–5 meters and triggers an emergency stop automatically when critical situations are detected. An emergency stop button is installed on both the cart body and the wireless remote control, allowing operators to activate it at any time to guarantee safety. Furthermore, a lifting warning light continuously alerts personnel to keep a safe distance during operation.

The transfer cart has no limitations on travel distance and comes with a portable charger. From dimensions and load capacity to application functions, all aspects can be customized according to the actual needs of different clients, making it suitable for a wide range of usage scenarios.
