Specially designed for underground narrow and confined spaces, this 2 tons lithium powered automated guided vehicle (AGV) features a cast steel spliced frame and a customized platform, overcoming the limitations of conventional material handling equipment. Equipped with steering wheel drive technology, it enables flexible maneuvering without the need for installed tracks, achieving a minimum turning radius of just 1.5 meters for easy navigation in aisles as narrow as 1.2 meters,ideal for mines, underground warehouses, and similar constrained environments.

Powered by a lithium battery with an intelligent charging station system, the AGV delivers up to 8 hours of operation on a single charge, supported by a real-time power display for energy monitoring. The hydraulic lifting platform, combined with a laser sensing stop device, achieves precise positioning within ±3 mm, improving material loading and unloading efficiency by 40%. Safety features include dual emergency stop buttons, a safety bumper, and a warning light, ensuring reliable operation across a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
