This is a rail guided vehicle (RGV) powered by a low-voltage railway, with a maximum load capacity of 15 tons. It is equipped with a customized tabletop and a mobile cable power supply cart. The vehicle body is fitted with fixing devices to enable precise docking with high-temperature molds and autonomous loading and unloading.

The rail guided vehicle is operated via wireless remote control and an intelligent coding control system. In coordination with the tabletop cart, it enables the longitudinal and lateral movement of molds to connect with different production processes.

To ensure operational safety, the vehicle is additionally equipped with a laser-based dead man stop, emergency stop buttons, and other safety devices. These features provide real-time alerts to personnel for avoidance and enable instantaneous emergency stops in urgent situations. The vehicle can be adjusted in real time according to customer requirements, offering a wide range of applications suitable for use in workshops, production lines, and plant areas.
