This is an automatic guided vehicle powered by maintenance-free lithium battery with unlimited running distance. Transfer vehicle is equipped with an automatic charging station, steering wheel and warning light. The automatic charging station can edit the specified charging time through the PLC to compensate for the situation that the staff forgets to charge. The steering wheel can rotate 360 ​​degrees in narrow places to improve the utilization rate of space. 

Regarding the warning light, it has three different colors, each color represents a state of the vehicle. Generally, green represents that the vehicle is powered but not running, yellow represents the powered running state, and red represents that the vehicle has a fault, so as to remind the staff to repair it in time. The symbolic meaning of the color is uncertain and can be adjusted according to the actual use needs of the customer.

The transfer vehicle is used with the workshop indicator light. The indicator light can indicate the operation instructions to the vehicle operator through color and direction. At the same time, because the indicator light is suspended in the air, it can achieve the purpose of reminding the staff to pay attention to avoidance in a certain extent.
