This is a customized trackless transfer cart, which mainly operates on a hard and flat ground. The surface of the transfer cart is convex, making it convenient for receiving and transferring workpieces.

Regarding the components of the transfer cart, an emergency stop button is installed on one side of it. Additionally, towing hooks are evenly distributed at the front and rear of the cart, which not only facilitates the movement and fixation of the transfer cart but also enables it to perform towing tasks. Moreover, automatic stop devices when encountering people are equipped at the exact centers of the front and rear of the transfer cart. These devices can detect external objects through lasers and thus take the initiative to cut off the power supply, preventing damage to workpieces and personnel caused by collisions and other factors.

The transfer cart is equipped with polyurethane wheels. Due to the relatively large length of the cart, in order to ensure stability, it has more wheels compared to the basic trackless transfer cart, and it can also move in all directions. Meanwhile, the transfer cart can be operated in two ways: by remote control and by handle. The buttons on the operator are clearly defined, and the instructions are clear, making it convenient for the staff to get familiar with and master. The remote control is convenient for operation but is prone to being lost, while the handle has a limited operating distance. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages and can be used in combination.
