This is a series of rail transfer carts used for pouring hot materials. To ensure the applicability of the transfer carts, the entire production process can be divided into three parts, and rail transfer carts with high-temperature resistance characteristics are selected. One is an electromagnetic-powered rail cart that can rotate 360 degrees. The worktable surface is relatively small and can receive one hot material storage tank at a time. The other is a rail transfer cart powered by a sliding contact line. The entire vehicle body is divided into two parts and can receive two storage tanks simultaneously. Behind the sliding contact line transfer cart is a receiving device composed of rollers and a lifting device, which is mainly responsible for delivering the conveyed hot materials to the next production process.

These three parts cooperate with each other and are controlled by remote control respectively. It is possible to monitor the operation of the transfer cart, rollers, screw rods, etc., reducing human participation and ensuring the safety of the working environment.
