10 tons AGV is an efficient and intelligent handling equipment, specially designed for scenarios such as factory areas and production workshops, and suitable for the automated transportation of heavy items like materials and molds. 

The product adopts QR navigation technology, featuring precise positioning (±10mm), and is equipped with a servo drive and steering control system, ensuring stable and reliable operation. It supports dual operation modes of remote control and touch screen, which is flexible and convenient.

In terms of safety protection, it is equipped with a 270° LASER sensing system (gradual stop at 3 meters, emergency stop at 1 meter) and has BT4 explosion-proof certification, adapting to high temperature environments (maximum 45℃) and humid environments (humidity 25-85%). 

The dual-battery fast-charging design (fully charged in 3-4 hours) ensures continuous operation, and the differential steering wheel structure improves steering efficiency. 

In addition, the equipment has a built-in abnormal reset and restart logic, which enables quick recovery of operation after a fault, reducing the risk of downtime.

The table design balances load capacity (10 tons) and space optimization, making it an ideal solution for improving the efficiency of industrial automated handling.
