The 105 tons battery powered RGV features a box-girder frame and cast steel wheels, boasting a load capacity of 105 tons. It can flexibly maneuver between the spray painting lines of a water pump plant without the need for rail. Equipped with a remote control and intelligent coding control system, combined with a longitudinal and transverse dual-wheel system and a hydraulic lift platform, it enables precise mold docking and smooth transfer, completely freeing itself from the constraints of traditional equipment.

It features integrated protection features including a laser dead man stop, an emergency stop button, and a three colors audible and visual warning light. An LED display monitors battery life and operating status in real time. Its high temperature resistant design and portable charging station meet the demands of continuous operation in the high temperature environments of the spray painting line. Its environmentally friendly battery power supply and zero emissions contribute to the development of a green factory. The transporter can be customized with its dimensions and functional modules to meet the specific needs of individual customers.
