The 2 ton mobile cable powered rail transfer cart solves production logistics pain points with a modular intelligent manufacturing solution.

The rail transfer cart is equipped with cast steel wheels and a cable power supply system (cable + drag chain + fixed card slot), breaking through the power supply time limit of traditional equipment to achieve 24-hour uninterrupted operation. The high temperature resistant casting and self driven roller table form a "mobile conveyor belt". Together with an LED smart screen for real-time monitoring of load data and a three-color warning light for automatic identification of operation status, it can stably carry 2 tons of materials in an 800℃ high-temperature environment.

The original hollow iron frame support structure can be accurately embedded into the factory's existing rail system to achieve millimeter-level docking between the white body and the production line.
