The newly developed 5 ton battery powered RGV has cracked the application challenges in high temperature industrial scenarios. The box-girder manganese steel frame, equipped with a composite tabletop of cast steel brackets and refractory bricks, can carry 5 tons of heavy loads and continue to operate in an 800℃ high-temperature environment. The original laser dead man stop realizes real-time monitoring and reduces safety hazards caused by collisions and other factors.

Combining intelligent coding control with heavy load performance, the RGV is equipped with a remote controlled dual-mode operating system and a visual LED display screen to monitor equipment status in real time. The portable charging pile enables charging anytime and anywhere, while the trackless design breaks through space limitations. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature scenarios such as metallurgical continuous casting billet transportation and foundry mold conveying.
