This safety-sliding-line-powered rail transfer cart is equipped with cast-steel wheels, ensuring the stability and durability of the equipment under heavy loads and in complex terrains. Its box-girder-type frame design is not only wear-resistant and pressure-resistant but also not prone to deformation, making it suitable for long-term and high-intensity use. The overall structure of the transfer cart is divided into three layers:

Lower layer: Safety-sliding- line-powered rail transfer cart

It realizes stable power supply through the safety sliding line, and is suitable for running on arc-shaped rails and complex paths, adapting to different production layout requirements.

Middle layer: Custom-made rail

It provides an accurate running rail for the upper-layer transfer cart. The rail size is consistent with the wheel size of the upper-layer transfer cart, ensuring synchronous operation and precise docking.

Upper layer: Mobile-cable-powered transfer cart

It is powered by a mobile cable equipped with a drag chain, which can reduce friction and relatively extend the service life of the transfer cart. At the same time, it is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device, which can achieve self-loading and unloading and is suitable for handling work pieces at different heights.
