This intelligent trackless AGV adopts trackless navigation technology (supporting laser/SLAM and other solutions), and uses intelligent algorithms to plan the path in real time. It can operate freely without the need to renovate the site. Equipped with a high-capacity maintenance-free lithium battery and an automatic charging pile, it can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted operation, completely getting rid of the limitations of charging waiting time and distance.

Industries such as casting and metallurgy often face high-temperature challenges. Ordinary AGVs are prone to malfunction due to overheating. To address this issue, this AGV is equipped with a firebrick insulation layer at key parts of the body, and its core components adopt high-temperature-resistant materials and heat dissipation designs. It can operate stably for a long time in environments with temperatures above 80°C. In the furnace area of a steel plant, it can safely transport high-temperature castings or deliver cooling water, avoiding the safety risks of manual operation.

It is equipped with a 360-degree rotating steering wheel, which operates flexibly and can perform movements such as in-situ rotation, side shift, and diagonal movement, making it suitable for operation in narrow spaces and meeting the usage requirements of complex environments. The flat platform can quickly install a tray or an anti-overflow water container (used for equipment cooling or cleaning), enabling one vehicle to cover multiple application scenarios.
