This 2 tons low voltage railway powered rail guided vehicle is specifically designed for surplus coal transfer operations in coal plants, suitable for high-frequency continuous operation environments. The rail guided vehicle utilizes a low voltage railway power supply, drawing power continuously through carbon brushes and conductive posts, achieving unlimited operating distance and time, meeting the requirements for long-term stable operation.

The entire vehicle adopts a box-girder frame and a customized hydraulic lifting carriage structure, possessing excellent load-bearing capacity and operational stability. The rail guided vhiecle can directly connect to the unloading port for loading, and after transporting to the designated processing area, it achieves autonomous unloading via the hydraulic lifting carriage, reducing manual intervention and improving transfer efficiency.

The vehicle is equipped with insulated wheels, an emergency stop button, an LED display screen, warning lights, and a wired handle, wireless remote control, and intelligent coding control system, balancing ease of operation and operational safety.
