The 25 tons safety sliding line powered rail-mounted turntable transfer cart is specifically designed for transferring annealing furnace molds. 

It features a box-girder frame and a sophisticated two-layer structure. The lower layer is powered by a safety sliding line, and the turntable embedded in the rail transfer cart rotates 360 degrees. The upper layer features a mobile cable powered trolley running on rails, with drag chains and fixed slots protecting the cables. An automatic tilting arm, hydraulically operated, allows for autonomous loading and unloading of molds.

It offers numerous advantages: environmental friendliness and energy conservation; a strong load capacity of up to 25 tons; exceptionally smooth operation, wear resistance, and durability, made from cast steel for high temperature resistance. The sturdy cast steel wheels are equipped with a convenient remote control and intelligent coding control system, and safety warning lights ensure safety.
